As landscapers who are also groundworks contractors, we see it from the ground up. A patio that stays flat, a path that stays dry and a wall that stays upright all depend on what happens before the visible work starts: the excavation, the sub-base, the levels and the drainage.
Luna Maintenance Ltd plans and builds hard landscaping for homes across West Cornwall. We carry out the groundwork with our own machinery, including 2-tonne mini diggers for gardens with tight access, then lay the finished surfaces with our own team, so the whole scheme is the work of one contractor.

In England, a new or replacement front driveway over 5 square metres needs planning permission unless it is permeable or drains to a border or soakaway. When your scheme includes paving the front garden for parking, we design the surface and the drainage to sit within that rule from the outset.

The same team designs the layout with you, carries out the groundwork and lays the finished surfaces, so you deal with the people doing the work from the first visit to the final walk-round.
